Tauheed Epps, also known as 2 Chainz, is a hip rapper and hip America. Georgia born, he founded the hip hop duo Playaz Circle together with a high school friend. Their debut album 'Supply & Demand" was a modest success. Epps his second album, 'Based on a T.R.U. Story', his debut studio album. It was an enormous hit and debuted at number 1 on US Billboard 200. Within its first week, it sold 147,000 copies! After the album's release, he has not been looking back and has now become one the best hip-hop artists in the US. He has been nominated for six Grammy Awards so far. One of those Grammys was awarded to him for his song "No Problem". When his bag with marijuana and promethazine was discovered in his bag during a flight departure from Los Angeles International Airport, he was arrested. The incident did not affect his popularity. The fourth and most recent studio album entitled "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music" was released in June 2017. "Based on the T.R.U." Story', 2 Chainz's debut studio album could be considered as his debut major album and his biggest success. It was a huge success and reached the first position on the US Billboard 200, as well as selling 147,000 copies in one week. The album sold 623,000 copies during the course of the year. It was nominated at the 55th Grammy Awards for 'Best Rap Album'. Many reviews were mixed. 2 Chainz married Kesha Warren in the year 2013. The couple is proud parents to three children Heavenly, Harmony, Halo. He is known for his bad habits and his successful career. Numerous times, he's been detained for possession of drugs.
